Frankly, it is one of the best hotels I stayed in. It is very clean, the beds were huge (200x200) and what is particularly important for me the pillows were soft and comfy. Taksim, where Midtown hotel is situated, can be loud at night; however, if you close the window, it becomes very quiet in the room. The breakfast was rich and included many warm dishes, fruits, pastry, local cheese etc. The hotel was not cheap for our budget, but it was definitely worth the money

The teams at the reception and at the breakfast were very helpful. They organized New Year's eve boat trip on Bosphorus, taxis, as well as birthday surprise for my son. I would like to thank especially Taner, who helped us to book the rooms at the last moment, when we already were in Istanbul. Thanks to him, we decided to move to Midtown hotel from another hotel at Taksim, which hasn't informed us that they have construction work going on.

There was a coffee machine in one of our rooms, which was great. I wish the machines were in all rooms and the capsules were refilled regularly. It makes a good impression on visitors, I believe. Another thing to mention is that there is no hammam in the hotel. It would be great, but it is just not there. We were suggested other places to visit hammam, but finally we didn't find time for it. So, there is a reason to come back to Istanbul.

Overall, I will not exaggerate if I say that one of the reasons why my family and I liked Istanbul so much is because we stayed in Midtown hotel.
