Yine tesisin giri\u015findeki \u00fc\u00e7 yol a\u011fz\u0131nda, \u00f6n\u00fcnde Fars\u00e7a yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f beyaz yuvarlak bir mezar ta\u015f\u0131 bulunan yap\u0131 da, \u00c7olak Hasan Tekkesi&#8217;dir. Tekke&#8217;nin s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki tarihi bina ise bir S\u0131byan Mektebi&#8217;dir. Osmanl\u0131 tarihi yazar\u0131 da olan \u0130dris-i Bitlisi taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131lan Mekteb&#8217;in hemen \u00f6n\u00fcnde ve tesis alan\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde ise, 1589 y\u0131l\u0131nda vefat eden &#8220;\u0130skender Dede&#8221; ismindeki bir Mevlevi&#8217;nin kabri bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130skender Dede&#8217;nin \u00f6n taraf\u0131ndaki \u00fc\u00e7 kuyudan biri ise, me\u015fhur Dilek (veya niyet) Kuyusu&#8217;dur.
