How is Rosti prepared? Rasped cooked or raw potato is generally cooked with butter or vegetable oil by being pressed on the base of the pan. It is taken from the cooker when both sides become brown in the tone of gold. You may cook your Rosti in the oven or by adding different ingredients if you like.
